according to the Supreme Court they would have the right to a warrantless search of the vehicle based on several factors--the fact the vehicle had been recently been used in a shooting as was obvious by the bullet holes in it and eyewitness vehicle description, the fact the vehicle likely contained evidence of the aforementioned shooting, and the exigent conditions existing.
