You are taking away his civil rights by assuming he's dangerous. Even if he is, he has posed NO threat to you or anybody yet. You, yourself, have not seen a weapon, he has not brandished it in any way to you or the neighborhood. You simply do not just shoot to kill somebody because they MAY be a threat. Even if he is running from something, he is protected by law and has all the rights as an innocent person. He never possessed, showed, or aimed a weapon at any of these officers. None of their lives were in danger. They could've easily used their taser gun and apprehended him, and have him in custody and make him go through the process, innocent until proven guilty. But no, this officer, who was sworn in only HOURS before this incident, shot to kill. He made himself judge, jury and executioner all in a matter of seconds.
