which is getting all the press. that just means the Trump admin isn't 'catching and releasing' adults who happen to be crossing with children, whereas Obama was.

The second issue is the requirement that children not be held more than 20 days.

When you stop releasing and the incoming numbers have tripled to begin with, you will now have children held, and separately, because the adults can't be processed in under 20 days.

People ignore the tripling of the volume - which, when you tell the world you are catching and releasing - is going to increase.
