A student-athlete must present a 3.300 cumulative GPA, or higher, at time of departure to a two-year institution.

Institutions may submit adjustment requests for staff review if a transfer student-athlete does not meet the established criteria.

Requests for an adjustment are denied if:
More than .100 points short of the GPA requirements.
More than a year gap in enrollment.
More than one deficiency.
