international nuclear disarmament meeting is the definition of "isnt prepared at all".

We have no way of knowing how much prep time he has put in, but its likely that its not enough. No sane person would disagree with that. There is precedent.

Personally, I dont care either way as I dont think a deal can be struck no matter the preparations. As many have said, this is a photo op, IMO. But one of my biggest criticisms of this POTUS is that he doesnt seem to take things as seriously as they should be handled.
