as would be expected for anything, from the time of his campaign through today.

The guy is lazy and tries to excuse it by saying he's already ready to go, that he trusts his gut, that's it's about "attitude".

The truth is that he is famously NOT very good at negotiating, even in business. So he should be preparing. That plus, you know, it's kind of a big deal the whole nuclear problem.

He's not going to pick out some suits at Brooks Brothers.
