something that's chronic, and Kyrie didn't want to play in Lebron's shadow any longer...that's on LBJ & the Cavs for not making it work.
From a value standpoint, the Cav's probably did they best they could do when trading him - Thomas simply didn't fit in Lebron's shadow either though. The Cavs probably should have targeted a SG in return for Kyrie, that's their gaping hole - Smith's not very good on the offensive end and his D has been equally bad. I don't think any "average" pg is going to be content for very long playing second fiddle to PF handling the ball all the time.
