His shot is not as slow as you make it sound. It's not quick, but it's reasonably normal.
I've not suggested he needed to work the dribble for his 3-pt shot. He needs to be able to drive and attack with the dribble, and he clearly does that better than Barnett. His ability to rebound and putback is similar to Barnett.
If he can play to his potential, he can be close to Barnett and considering the inexperience outside, he'll likely be no lower than #2 in team scoring and it's not impossible that he outscores Jontay.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
