buying a house (say drug money), I still wouldn't support the taking of money without due process.

So, I guess the only fact that I need to take true at this point is the fact that a civil asset forfeiture was indeed made. In that regard, do you suggest that I track this guy down and interview him personally or can I rely on the news article instead?
