& law enforcement has immunity for good reason without proof they violated it.

Crappy, horrific situation/circumstances but you simply can’t recklessly with depraved indifference to life blow people away through your door.

He’s guilty at maximum of 2nd Degree Murder, which would be the appropriate charge without knowing more of the facts surrounding the case.
