Sh*t happens.
Didn’t read it but without knowing the facts, it’s just great that our system does such great job that these type anomalies, if it was a unjust case, are very rare & are extreme exceptions that we duly take note of in order to prevent them from ever occurring again.
Life isn’t full proof! It’s full of accidents, mistakes & unfairness. Fantastic that our system does more than any other one to minimize that.
Was the guy put to death? Did he commit a crime? If so, was it an offense punishable by the death penalty?
Doesn’t change the fact that we live in the greatest country with the greatest system ever created within Western Civilization - the greates culture ever known to man!
You take these exceptions & blow them up to be the norm. Other than the circumstances themself, Inhave no idea why you think that is a “fact” about some greater matter.
