it has no impact on play at all should not be considered a foul. Everyone in the game would like that change and especially fans. And to make it worse bb is one of very few sports where you are kicked out of games for fouls - many of which are clearly wrong.

Game play is now VERY different. Get the rules out of the damn dark ages.
