spot but some able-bodied jackass thought he was too important to walk a few extra feet and park in a regular parking spot.


And don't block just one spot, but park your car so 3 of them are blocked and the police think the only way someone could park that stupidly is to be drunk

Of course the police would be wrong...the guy didn't park that way because he was drunk. No, he parked that way because he's an inconsiderate multi-millionaire NBA jackass who thinks laws don't apply to him.
