possibly make would have zero impact on my employer. If i were making post and they included identifying information that could be traced back to my employer they would have every right to call me on the carpet for that behavior.

An anonymous post on a semi-public message board is hardly the same as a uniformed member of an athletic team making a very public protest in front of a national audience
