had proof that crimes were committed.

So if johnny tells the judge that billy threatened to kill him. And billy has a gun. So johnny begs the judge to take billy's gun so johnny will be safe.

No one else saw or heard anything threatening between the two. Johnny doesn't feel safe.

What should the judge do?

By the way, johnny is black and gay.
