Co-workers can request the temporary confiscation of guns

So some lefty nut bag thinks ALL GUNS are dangerous and believes NO ONE should have one. So she requests that mr johnson (for starters) have his gun confiscated.
Will the request be denied by like minded radical leftists in government?
And to stop the lefty dopes on the board from embarrassing themselves...the excuse for confiscation will be that if they get a request for confiscation and they reject it...and the person goes on to commit a crime, they will be liable.
So it's fiscally responsible to confiscate the guns.
