The Big East is much more likely, and probably the best fit. That conference is full of good basketball programs that don't care about football. They may be arrogant, but they aren't stupid. They realize that their football program may f*** over their basketball program if they don't at least make it respectable. If they can turn that embarrassment of a football program around, just a bit, they will probably end up in the Big Ten.
