I dont think Russia wan pro-Trump for any reason other than to sow discord and promote chaos.

But despite that, their attempts to influence the 2016 election was unprecedented and therefore, we should investigate all leads to get all answers.

I have shared this a number of times, but Lindsay Graham summed it up nicely: "Donald Trump cant even collude with our government. So what makes you think he can collude with Russia's?"
