They = Russians, as stated in the OP.

Trump showed preference to Putin from 2015-2017. He praised him. He called him to congratulate him on 'winning' his election, despite his aids tellign him not to. He has defended and praised Putin countless times.

Thats relative to a) the average American b) the average elected official c) all past Presidents

And, according to Mueller, the Senate Intelligence Committee, and our Intelligence Agencies, Russia showed preference to getting Trump elected.

I happen to believe Limbaugh's story (regurgitated as it may be), that they supported Trump because they thought HRC would win. But they still showed preference to him.

Have you not paid attention to the news over the past year?
