who would probably look at it as a "hand in the cookie jar" apology and you. Supposedly, she apologized privately. The White House should show more class and insist that she does so. You should avoid being hypocritical by making the same kind of references to Melania Trump's condition that you are castigating her for making and not apologizing.

How hard is it to just be a decent human being? Whether you agree with McCain's politics or not, he's a man dying of brain cancer. Whether you hate Trump or not, Melania is just the First Lady suffering a medical condition. Wish them both well and move on.
