cannot make students show up to school or do the school work.

Good teachers do not last. They leave because there is no family support. My fiancee was told off by a parent that she was nothing more than a babysitter. Very few parents would show up for parent teacher conferences. Disciplinary issues often resulted in angry momma showing up to school yelling. Students tellibg teachers that they don't have to do the work if they dont want to. My fiancee was called a white b1tch. And these were 3rd graders.
