chief of KC call out the black kids creating problems on the Plaza like fights, disrupting businesses, blocking traffic, vandalizing cars by walking over the top of them and body slamming themselves on the hood, assaulting business patrons either dining at sidewalk tables or enjoying an after dinner walk, or rob those same people, do you accuse them of being racist?

Mayor James was very explicit on who was responsible for this behavior. We know the curfew he demanded was aimed at "teens", but it was really aimed at one demographic.

When you have 13 year old kids getting dropped off on the Plaza and who end up getting shot, maybe it's time to focus on the root problem.
