I don't think cops kill people for "fun". I would bet most feel horrible over it. But people like you that write that last sentence is the big big problem. Many policemen are so quick to defend themselves and each other they SHOW ZERO empathy.

The one kid that got shot in Chicago...they shot him multiple times in a street, cleared the gun, and never even tried giving aid to him.

As I have said many times...policemen should be trained better...civilians are not "trained" on how to respond to police officers
