No one has said the kid wasn't bad. He had a lot expected from him, struggled right off the bat, and clearly lost confidence. Does that mean he can never get it back? No one has ever improved or developed as a player, or found a better fit in a new situation?
I just think your whole notion that no one would want to give another shot to a kid with his athleticism and the perceived upside that he had going into last season unless it was to help recruit someone else is absurd.
We're all basically taking a wait-and-see approach with the kid and you insist on continuing to argue with that. Whole convo is pointless.
