that I thought it was a weak case for the prosecution to bring forward. However, her seeing, or not seeing, a cell phone doesn't mean that it didn't occur. She may never have seen his phone and may never have seen the picture and still believe that a picture was taken. Especially if he TOLD her that he took one and threatened to release it.
So, the whole "dream" narrative just goes to whether she actually saw a phone. We can agree that "no" she did not - at least not definitively so. Now, it goes to credibility about whether you believe the rest of her story.
