payments. I think that is a joke but it does make it different than this case.

Your player intentionally accepted money which made him ineligible for the season. KU then used him the entire season and through the post season. All of those games should be forfeited and their championship vacated.

I will go on record as saying there is almost no chance of that happening. The NCAA has a long and storied record of assuring that ku never faces the consequences of their actions. They will skate on this, like they always do.
