No, what I'm saying is that the NCAA could rule one way, or the other. It'll depend on the actual findings and not speculation. And I do believe that because the FBI is looking into all of this (and college basketball as a whole is now under a microscope) that their findings will become public.
So, when it's all said and done, if KU is proven to be a victim in this, as well as Silvio, then why should both parties be punished?
If it can be proven that Silvio was a willing participant, then yes, KU should have to vacate wins he played in.
Preston never played, so there is nothing to vacate.
