absolutely unjustified and the cop(s) should be prosecuted. To whit:
"... the family's hired doctor even theorized that Clark's spinning after the first shot is what exposed his back."

IOW after the FIRST shot the cops would/should have known he was hit. At that point there is no need for MORE shots, unless the victim still points what looks like a gun at them.

I ain't buying this BS Tigrrr. Sorry. If there are so many reports today on this activity, how much happened before everyone had a camera to record this stuff.

I say, FAR more than anyone realizes.
