Dual rankings are generated by running each team through the Prediction engine against all of the other 76 division I teams. Whatever the prediction engine returns for a particular dual, determines the W/L for that opponent. Do that for all teams and that's how it comes up with the 43-36, or 76-0 score.
You can manually view all of those predictions by just doing a dual comparison of team A vs team B. The top of the dual comparison page will show the WrestleStat predicted outcome with the current starters.
