How about we increase those taxes some? I am full-bore on progressive tax policy. If those at the top take such a grotesque percentage of the gains, they cannot well whine about paying significantly higher rates. When those in the middle and the bottom see increased income, they can very well pay more of the tax burden. Until that point, not so much. Trickle-down/Supply-side economics is failed policy.
