North Korea is closer to nuclear disarmament than ever before. There are probably several reasons, but youd have to assume talks with Seoul, the Olympics in SK, Tillerson's diplomacy, and Trump's instability have all been chief contributors.
I have no doubt that Kim Jong Un at least THINKS Trump would push the button, which is leading to these talks.
I thought provocations would exacerbate the problem and that China was the only true way to get NK to change, but apparently posturing and threatening seem to work as well. At least tentatively.
