and who it was specifically for. And no, the judge does not vet the documents nor do they have clerks that do so. They rely specifically on the investigators to provide the information in good faith.
No matter the % of the dossier used in the FISA application, the fact it was used at all without being unverified taints the entire FISA warrant. Probable cause has to be achieved. You can't almost have probable cause and obtain the FISA warrant anyways.
