First off, the memos are preposterous and mean nothing. Mueller has Manafort dead to rights. If Paul really wants to spend every moment for the rest of his life in prison - he will remain loyal to a man he has never had any reason to be loyal to. Most of the charges facing Manafort can be filed in state courts as well in MD, VA and NY, so a pardon is not worth the paper it is written on for him.

But why do you think this about Schiff?
