Europeans got the "soft" label for years until the basketball world figured out how to incorporate them into the American game.
Jontay does need to get better about finishing and rebounding in traffic. But his skill set makes him dangerous in so many other ways.
Tilmon's not soft at all IMO, but he is tentative too often. The fouls really take away from his ability to play his game.
