I haven't followed closely, but isn't the Bball issue about shoe makers funneling money to players in the hopes of having a shoe deal once they make it to the NBA...not a lot of shoe deals in NFL...there likely is improper benefits in CFB, just don't think it is as broad or in depth as CBB because shoe makers (and other corporate sponsors) aren't as incentivized.
