What evidence threshold do you need?

How much contact do you need between one campaign and the Kremlin before it meets that threshold?

Do you think that...
a) Russia having a clear preference for Trump
b) Several of Trump's campaign members met with the Kremlin
c) Trump campaign members then lying about those meetings en masse
d) Exposed shady dealings with Russia
e) Trump campaign lying to the FBI about meeting with Russians
f) Trump firing Comey, using his own words, because of the Russia investigation
g) Russia pinpointing swing counties in swing states in favor of Trump
h) Russia spending money on advertising in favor of Trump
i) Russian hackers breaching the DNC
j) Russian hackers creating thousands of social media accounts to spread Trump's messages
k) Trump wanting to fire Mueller

...isnt enough evidence to warrant an investigation?
