discussions with those you disagree with on issues of politics and religion? I really enjoy discussions of both, and with those who don’t see it the same way I do. But anymore, this is so lost. In fact, polite society says we should avoid both topics.

That is unfortunate. If we can’t handle the difficult yet important conversations, what does that say about us?
