that sells the service to big business and small dealers. A per use fee for small dealers,which can be added to the customer price, or large volume deals for big businesses. All the information is there. Just need the judicial system on board so that other records like recent divorce, restraining orders, domestic violence are accessible as well to flag ammo sales as well not just initial gun sales.

All could be handled without the government directly involved.
