I think there needs to be more fouls called when the offense

has the ball and is hacked while trying to dribble. Defense is supposed to be about moving your feet and being in the right position. Not mauling the ball handler and thinking it is a steal. Also think 70% of what is called a blocked shot should be called a foul. The defense should not be able to hit the shooter on the arm or body.
