He claimed it was okay for someone to post "Did Phillips assault one of the Porter sisters?" because he wasn't rumor-mongering... it was just a "question". Implying you can post whatever you want as long as there is a question mark at the end.

Shortly there after Nick or one of the other mods removed the post.
