Scouting can't find elite level players but obviously history shows the teams that get the "best recruits" win at the highest level.

I don't worry about the types of recruits we get from other states as we never pull top level RECRUITS from Texas, Florida, etc, but we do find some great PLAYERS from the supposedly second and third tier recruits there. It is concerning how poorly we do in-state if nothing more than how it reflects our state's high school players and coaches perception of the University.
