you apparently want the detail flushed out in a full and honest way. that is not the role the government has in the process. it doesn't tell both sides. the target of the warrant doesn't get its version of reality told, obviously. the government makes its case and will massage the facts to do so. and if courts traditionally err on the side of the government, why wouldn't it continue doing so?
and of course i'm not saying that key information was omitted in every single application. but i think i can safely guarantee none of the applications contain a set of information that fully illustrates the situation from the target's perspective.
