that's where i was referring to the conservative principles in criminal procedure. misleading and incomplete (as compared to your use of dishonest) is almost always going to be enough. that's how you get 99.7% of fisa warrants approved.

i'm not talking 2018 conservative and liberal politics, i'm talking traditional criminal procedure principles where the government has virtual free reigns.
