is the downplaying of the dossier. In my opinion, if it was used in any way to obtain a FISA warrant and was never verified (or the main source of funding revealed) then it's a faulty warrant. I don't think simply stating "the dossier wasn't the main source for obtaining the FISA warrant" is a great defense.
Judges are f-ing picky as hell with affidavits, so it's important to disclose every single detail one knows.
I don't see anything wrong with Horowitz investigating further while Mueller still continues his. It's obvious both can go on at the same time, because Horowitz conducted the email investigation with no interference to Mueller.
