"Proving" that it was flawed wasn't the intention of the memo. The congressional investigations may end up doing so, however.
In any event, what has already been exposed is a scandal and also makes it much harder for a prosecutor to convince a jury of criminality, should it come to that, if there is any evidence that was obtained because of the warrants.
