Candidates have always done that. If she had turned it over to the press I still wouldn’t have cared.
The problem is she turned it over to the Justice Department and they became her proxy. If they had went to a judge and disclosed where the info came from it would have still been above board. But they have a legal obligation to disclose that to the judge and chose not to for political reasons.
That is a real problem.
