FBI & DOJ were being used as a political tool THAT is the only issue here. Page was not the target here he was just a means to an end.

Our politics are always partisan by nature. Our criminal justice branches are designed to be outside of that partisanship. When they become tools of the party in power our government is reduced to nothing better than some South American banana republic.
