I follow it up with a organic super food smoothie (wheat grass, alfalfa, kale berries mushrooms etc). Eat a light lunch with a big glass of V8. Eat what the **** I want for dinner (cheeseburger, steak, fish etc) Have a small glass of warm water before bed with a touch of organic honey and a teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
