Upon waking: 24 ounces of warm lemon water with shaved ginger root and a dash of moringa powder
30 mins after wake: Smoothie - 10 ounces of water, organic blueberries, half an avocado, raw/organic plant based protein powder, maca powder (magnesium and iodine superfood, also best libido booster), camu (vitamin c superfood).
2 hours later: 4 over easy eggs, half of a white sweet potato, lightly cooked spinach, 1 piece of sprouted sourdough with grass-fed butter.
3 hours later: chicken sausage with spinach, half white sweet potato, 16 ounces water.
