that got him excused of military service. He rides a cart b/c he is a fat, lazy fck. I admire his golf game, but it would be better, as any golfer will tell you if he walked. Whenever me and my bros play the Congressional - the cart i s only there to tote the clubs around. The rhythmn of walking helps your game.
